古琴，一个在三千余年历史文化中音脉犹存的古老乐器，是中华传统中最具标志性的文化符号之一，古琴艺术则被列入世界“人类口头和非物质遗产代表作”。

古往今来，人们经由琴的弹奏以追求契合于自然，回归内心的平静祥和，接近中华文化的精神实质。弹奏古琴，不仅是自我实现的一种方式，更是超脱自我、寻求智慧的一种途径。

学习古琴，从指法、手势、音色、段落之间，思索琴曲与自然、人情、历史的关系，在过程中悠游无尽的生命性情，追寻华夏民族的情感记忆，亲近中国古典文化，触摸如实的东方人文。

Guqin is a seven-stringed zither without bridges, one of the most classical Chinese instruments with over 3000 years of history.  “Qin” in modern times has “gu”, which means ancient, and has been added to “qin” which itself has become a generic term for stringed instruments.  Guqin has the most well documented history, the best preserved repertoire among all instruments from China, and has historically been regarded as a pinnacle of important symbols of Chinese high culture.

Guqin has been registered as one of the masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of humanity by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

From past to present people play guqin to reach a natural peace and be close to the spiritual truth of Chinese culture.  It’s not merely playing.  It’s a way to wisdom and transcendence.

1. 课程内容

Guqin Course Content

◎ 古琴溯源：中华文化与古琴的历史。

◎ 琴与斫琴：古琴的结构与斫制工艺等。

◎ 琴人与事：古韵琴音，历史名人与古琴。

◎ 古琴乐理：乐理常识，学习减字谱、简谱与五线谱，视唱练耳，指法练习。

◎ 琴音雅奏：学习经典古琴曲，了解琴曲之境。

◎ Chinese and guqin culture and history

◎ Guqin structure and manufacture

◎ Guqin ancient music and historical figures

◎ Music theory, notation and string exercises

◎ Appreciate and learn classic ancient music

课程：共12课次，每周1次，每课次2-3小时（含茶歇，正式授课时间2小时）

费用：2800元/位

（含报名费、学习资料，课堂备有练习琴供学员使用）

练习：课堂有助教，平时可预约练习。

Course: 12 classes, once a week, 2-3 hours /class (including a break, formal lectures 2 hours)

Tuition: 2800 RMB

2001年起先后师承李禹贤先生和龚一先生，曾得李祥霆先生的授教。林贞坚持通过严谨规范的古琴演奏教学，辅以传统人文艺术的熏习，让古琴成为日常修习与生活之美的一部分。

Lin Zhen was a student of Master Li Yu Xian since 2001 and later of Master Gong Yi, and has previously received instruction from Master Li Xiang Ting.  Lin Zhen is currently a teacher of guqing in China, and she has been devoted to helping people to find and appreciate the beauty of life by teaching guqin playing using a strict and standardized system with profound cultural explanation.
